Notice of Ordinary General Meeting of Members
 

This is to advise that an Ordinary General Meeting of the members of Warragul RSL Sub-Branch Inc. has been called.  The details of this meeting are as follows:

5.00 PM

Warragul RSL, 94 Albert St., Warragul VIC 3820

Available are (see below):

1. The agenda for this meeting including Annexure A – Proposed Constitution of Returned & Services League of Australia (Victorian Branch Limited)

2. RSLV Constitution Supporting Explanatory Note F

3. Minutes of the previous meeting held on the 5th July 2026.

4. WGL RSL Executive One-Year Terms Proposal Explanatory Note.

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

  • find out about Warragul RSL Sub-Branch Inc. operations and finances,
  • ask questions about the operations and finances of Warragul RSL Sub-Branch Inc.,
  • ask questions about any items on the agenda.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

  • accept the minutes of the last general meeting,
  • accept the official reports,
  • accept the financial statements,
  • Vote on the Appointment of Delegates to attend the Extraordinary Conference
  • Vote on the Special Resolution with four parts, to be passed together as a package, relating to the transfer of registration of RSL Victoria.
  • Vote on the special resolution for a once-off variation to the standard two-year term of office for the positions of President, VP Marketing and Communications and Treasurer.
